Location: Iron Trail Motors - Virginia, MN Type: Full-Time In Person Position, Rotating Weekends

The Opportunity

Are you a master of conversation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your income is directly tied to your effort? Iron Trail Motors is looking for a driven, tech-savvy Business Development Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you aren't just "making calls"—you are the first point of contact for our customers and the engine that drives our showroom floor. You’ll manage incoming leads, build rapport, and schedule the appointments that keep our dealership moving.

What You’ll Do

  • Master the Lead: Respond to internet and phone inquiries with speed and professionalism.

  • Relationship Building: Follow up with potential customers to answer questions and build excitement about their next vehicle.

  • Appointment Setting: Your primary goal is to turn "just looking" into a confirmed showroom appointment.

  • CRM Management: Keep our customer database organized and up to date.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure a seamless "hand-off" when the customer arrives.

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Gift of Gab: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle "no" until you get to "yes."

  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable toggling between multiple tabs, CRM software, and text-based communication tools.

  • Experience: Previous BDC, call center, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we will train the right personality!

  • Reliability: A professional demeanor and a track record of showing up for your team.
